How to Join a Waitlist at Bloom

We’re excited to share our improved waitlist experience at Bloom Dance Studio!

Please follow the simple steps below to join a waitlist for your desired classes:

  1. Visit your Parent Portal and enroll your dancer in your desired classes.

  2. If your preferred class is full in the Parent Portal, we encourage you to register for your next-choice class to secure a spot. Then, click here to begin the waitlist process for your preferred class.

  3. Enter the email address connected to your Parent Portal—this will send a private link directly to your inbox.

  4. Press the link in the email to log in and complete the waitlist form, where you can share your preferences, enrollment options, and additional details to help our team best support your family.

Join a waistlist

  • Our waitlist form only takes a few minutes for each dancer!

  • Our waitlist system conveniently only shows classes that are currently full. If you do not see the class, this means this class can still be enrolled in on your Parent Portal!

  • We’ve updated our waitlist process to better serve families and help dancers get into classes faster. The new process allows our team to better understand your scheduling needs and identify placement opportunities more efficiently!

  • Our system is meant to pull your family’s exact information on your parent portal, go to your Parent Portal to find which email is linked to your dancer’s account.

  • Our waitlist system will only work if you have an account through our Parent Portal. If you are new to Bloom, please create an account here before proceeding with this waitlist process.
